Job description: Responsibilities:

Lead the enterprise data strategy, execution and maintenance of our data platforms, reporting & analytics capabilities, data science & automation capabilities, as well as drive the broader data governance mandates.
Oversee enterprise’s data steward program, ensuring both the quality and accuracy of company data assets.
Drive key data based innovative solutions such as our artificial intelligence (AI) and generative AI (GenAI) strategies
Foster experimentation and innovation, allowing for improved modeling options and levers to more effectively capitalize on the value of the organization’s data
Enact programs that reduce data storage costs and data duplication while also accelerating the usability of data across the organization.
Build effective relationships with internal and external partners

Qualifications:

Minimum of 5 years of leadership experience as a Vice President of Data, Chief Data Officer, or similar-level role(s).
Bachelor’s degree in Technology, Business, Mathematics, Computer Science or related field required.
MBA or other graduate degree strongly desired.
Strong understanding of business value drivers, corresponding business impact, and the relationship between data choices and business considerations.
Skilled in the utilization of database/cloud technologies such as AWS, GCP, Azure, Redshift, Hana, LLMs, GPT, Snowflake, DataBricks and more.
Understanding of broader technologies such as ERP, infrastructure, cybersecurity, PMO principles, etc.
Demonstrated expertise in building teams that utilize automation, RPA and low-code/no-code development environments as well as AI and Gen AI.
Understanding of a wide range of descriptive, predictive, and prescriptive analytics approaches and ability to educate business owners on modeling techniques.
