The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical support to our clients worldwide via telephone and email. As well as, occasionally conducting technical training sessions, participating in on-site visits for repairs, and ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our databases and spare parts orders.

The day-to-day responsibilities will consist of:

  • Provide technical support to clients globally via telephone and email.
  • Perform on-site visits for product repairs as needed, ensuring prompt resolution of technical issues.
  • Maintain up-to-date records of all support cases in provided databases or other recording tools.
  • Process spare parts orders using ERP systems and coordinate dispatch when required.
  • Collaborate with team members to support both existing and new product releases.
  • Participate in the weekend support rota as necessary to ensure comprehensive coverage.
  • Conduct stock control and audits of spare parts inventory.
  • Liaise with software and hardware teams to create and distribute technical notes.
  • Generate case query reports for weekly review meetings.
