You will provide technical AI/ML presales support and be responsible for providing technical expertise and support during the presales process. Working closely with the sales team to understand customer requirements, you will demonstrate the value of our AI/ML solutions to the customer and articulate how it addresses their needs.These positions can be based in either Sydney or Melbourne.Your skills and experienceTertiary qualification in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Data Science or a related fieldDeep understanding of AI/ML technologies, familiar with common ML algorithms and libraries like TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Scikit-learnHands-on experience with Generative AI including LLMs, LangChain or similar tools, understanding of RAG of information retrieval and text generation.Proven experience in AI and Data transformation projectsExperience with Cloud Platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP) and Data Platforms (Snowflake, Databricks)Well-developed communication skills, and the ability to effectively convey complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.Due to the nature of the positions, you must hold or are eligible to obtain a government security clearance.
