In this role, you will leverage your expertise in data science to understand, predict, and reduce customer churn, ensuring their users remain engaged and satisfied with their products.Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze user data to identify patterns and factors contributing to churn.
• Develop and implement predictive models to forecast churn and recommend preventive measures.
• Collaborate with product, marketing, and customer success teams to design and execute strategies for churn reduction.
• Continuously monitor and refine churn models to improve accuracy and effectiveness.
• Provide actionable insights through data visualization and detailed reports.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in data science, with a focus on churn analysis and prediction.
• Proficiency in statistical analysis, machine learning, and data mining techniques.
• Strong programming skills in Python, R, or similar languages.
