As an R&D team, making sure your ideas are heard and encouraged is what we strive to do!What You’ll Do:At Criteo, we’re not just crunching numbers; we’re revolutionizing the way brands connect with their audiences.In the Measurement group, our mission is to measure the delivery and performance of marketing campaigns by all means necessary (directly, through experiments, or using third-party data). We prepare and expose measurement data to internal and external stakeholders for reporting and optimization purposes. To do so, you will:Design and implement solutions that capture user interactions across channels (web, mobile, social) while preserving user privacy.Develop applications that serve tens of thousands of requests per second.Build multi-stage data pipelines processing terabytes of data every day.Analyze the data using statistical techniques.Collaborate with ML teams to provide relevant training and A/B test data for their needs.Criteo plays an important role in shaping the future of privacy-conscious digital advertising. We achieve this by collaborating with industry partners, including browsers, publishers, other AdTech players, standardization bodies, and competition authorities. As part of the Measurement group, you will be able to directly contribute to this collaboration.Who You Are:Master degree/PhD in Machine Learning, Computer Science or a related quantitative fieldExperience in development in at least one mainstream programming language (Python, Java, C++ etc.)You are skilled in sourcing, cleaning, manipulating and analyzing large volumes of data, ideally in a Hadoop programming environment.Experience with traditional and state-of-the-art machine learning techniques is a strong plusFluent EnglishReady to make your mark?
