Your role is vital in guiding projects from ideation to reality, all while fostering teamwork and innovation.YOUR ROLE
- Collaborating with users to define and document business requirements.
- Assessing, exploring, and analyzing business processes, procedures, and work practices.
- Recognizing and evaluating inefficiencies while suggesting improved business practices and system functionality.
- Applying project management methodologies, principles, and techniques to create project plans, as well as estimate costs and manage resources.
- Taking charge of implementing functional solutions, including the development and execution of system test plans to ensure quality and system integrity.
- Producing user manuals and training materials, and facilitating formal training sessions.
- Serving as a key reference point, offering guidance and support during the system project decision-making process.
- Working closely with users and developers to enhance the functionality of websites, applications, and systems.
WHAT YOU BRING
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field preferred.
- Experience in client and project management.
- Knowledge of Agile and Waterfall methodologies, with certifications preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in project and business analysis tools.
