We have high expectations, and a career with ServiceNow GPS means challenging yourself to always be better.We are looking for a Mission Success Executive for the UK Central and Local Governments and Higher Education markets, in an empowering new team for our Global Public Sector organization. You will drive growth strategies, understanding requirements, setting priorities, supporting sales teams and driving new pipeline opportunities to deliver powerful new solutions for our critical clients in government and higher education. You will serve in a dynamic role for GPS, overseeing our executive relationship management for assigned accounts, engagement with our partner network, and lead virtual teams in supporting our most esteemed clients.What you get to do in this role:

  • Serve as our Global Public Sector (GPS) Mission Success lead to support engagements with senior government executives, higher education leaders and elite partners, delivering a world of insights to ensure their mission success while elevating their best practices to benefit the world.
  • Set and drive the strategic market priorities, resources and investment of ServiceNow GPS internally as our specialized channel between diverse cross-functional organizations including Sales, Legal, Compliance, Marketing, Product, Solution Consulting, Ventures, Strategy and Services.
  • Develop and execute data-driven measurement and reporting strategies that empower dedicated local ServiceNow sales teams to exponentially grow their impact for clients and partners, both enhancing our performance on existing engagements and identifying new opportunities to deliver ServiceNow solutions for newer, greater challenges.
  • Build a data-driven, multi-year roadmap for orchestrating the full capacity of ServiceNow solutions and expertise for the mission success of our clients and partners.
  • Enable the ServiceNow GPS Mission Solutions team with priorities and insights to construct bold new solutions to meet emerging challenges of our clients and partners.
  • Partner with and support local Public Sector sales teams in identifying and communicating the unique requirements, trends and needs of our Public Sector clients and partners.
  • Achieve growth goals and targets set to ensure the measurable success of our clients and partners and the impact of our internal teams.
  • Combine effective and efficient business acumen with five-star executive client and relationship management to achieve greater mission success, from analyzing business performance to increase our impact, to representing that impact on the world stage through global alliances and networks.

QualificationsTo be successful in this role you have:

  • 8+ years proven track record of cross-functional leadership experience across core functions of a high-growth Public Sector business, including but not limited to Client Management, IT Service Management, Partnerships and Alliances, Product and Sales
  • Experience serving in leadership roles with government or higher education institutions
  • Experience leading programs designed for elevating customer experiences in Public Sector technology
  • Understanding of the potential and impact of emerging technologies and solutions in the public sector, including Artificial Intelligence, Generative AI, Predictive Analysis, Accessibility and User-Centered Design Standards.
  • Proven experience achieving performance targets, including but not limited to growth and impact.
  • Ability to understand and lead understanding of the broad, macro-level business IT needs, and unique Government policy requirements, of the public sector markets
  • Ability to operate both “hungry and humble” in a dynamic environment within varying team functions ranging from advising and collaborating one day, to leading the next, ensuring accountability to best elevate our internal teams and empower our clients and partners
  • Experience engaging successfully with all levels of organizations both internal and external, from field teams delivering at the front lines of service, to senior leaders and elected officials
  • Experience in client management, and aligning account strategies to high growth opportunities
  • 2+ years of experience as a Global Client Director or equivalent role with validated multi-million-dollar sales solutions experience and Executive level relationship management
  • Experience leading virtual or matrixed teams
  • Ability to travel up to 40% of the time
