We are looking for an Immunology Evidence Generation Lead to join us in our International Markets Solutions team, based in any of the following locations: Brussels (Belgium), Slough (UK), Monheim (Germany), Paris (France), Madrid (Spain), Milan (Italy).

About the role

This person will be acting as an evidence generation subject matter expert for international markets level, ensuring country data needs (pre-and post-launch) are properly reflected in the integrated & strategic evidence generation & Comms plan and evidence generation global priorities are clearly communicated to the international markets countries.

What you’ll do

  • Represents international markets internally in the relevant global/local governance bodies (e.g., Global Evidence Team) and is accountable to drive identification of evidence generation data gaps and needs for all indications in key international markets countries to contribute in a timely manner to the integrated & strategic evidence generation planning.
  • Ensures evidence generation market access & medical priorities for the Asset/Indication have been clearly communicated to the international markets countries and supports key launch markets to have a robust evidence generation tactical plan in place. As such, serves as a subject matter expert to internal stakeholders. Ensure full alignment with indications and product-relevant strategy.
  • Creates and maintains an overview of all international markets driven evidence generation projects with budget, rationale and project plans, as well as supports their implementation.
  • Supports evolution of end-to-end excellence in evidence generation by close collaboration with relevant global medical affairs members and aligning relevant trainings to international markets teams with global partners in global medical affairs and therapeutic areas
  • Representing international markets externally towards KOL in close collaboration with key internal global & local stakeholders in the planning and execution process of evidence generation, including collaborations and partnerships, and related publications

Interested? For this position you’ll need the following education, experience and skills:

  • Master’s degree, PhD preferred
  • Past experience with data generation is essential.
  • Experience in immunology area is preferred.
  • Certified on Data mining, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning would be an additional asset.
  • Experience in identifying and analysing medical, scientific and therapeutic area opportunities and problems, and making proposals for appropriate improvements.
  • Experience in influencing the shaping of guidelines, policy and partnerships to positively impact patient access and outcomes.
  • Experience in promoting high quality and innovative approaches to evidence generation, data analysis and modelling designed to grow the value strategy.
