Job description: What success looks like in this role:Private Label Services SupportTransformation Services calls, installing and servicing PCs, and PC peripherals and/or electronic equipmentTakes service calls and performs incident specific activities as directed by Help Desk, Service Desk or scriptMay perform routine installs, moves, adds and changes as part of a directed team, including:Complex desktop and laptop break fix workWhole unit replacementSimple desktop printer fixesLoad software with a scriptPerforms scripted image loading, unit diagnostics and replaceable unit swappingPerform troubleshooting by running basic diagnostics and performs basic module replacement on PCs, servers and peripheralsPerforms preventative maintenance activities on certain products as directed • Maintains a high degree of professionalism in actions, demeanor and dress.Ensures customer satisfaction throughout • Ensures client specific Service Level Agreements are met and incident and request tickets are updated accordingly within the ticketing systemMay provide Smart hands support using augmented realityMay Maintaining stocks/ inventory at client’s site (if applicable)You will be successful in this role if you have:

• High school degree required

• Minimum 1-2 Years of hands-on experience with laptop and desktop break-fix • Computer-building background experience preferred

A+ certification a plus • Specific Manufacturer certification and/or training as required., i.e. EMC, Dell, Cisco, Microsoft, Unisys.
