Job description: MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESQuality controlPeriodically review the quality control plan for all products.Plan and manage the overall quality control process for all products and machines.Monitor the quality control system effectiveness in accordance with Dextra quality policy.Report quality issues that concerns raw material and products.Liaise among planning and production departments and customers on quality matters.Ensure compliance with all product certification requirements.Gather and analyze the quality control data in order to evaluate the effectiveness.Report and review the performance of quality control improvement.ManagementEnforce HSE rules in his perimeterMonitor and report company quality KPIEnhance quality awareness within the companyQuality ManagementReview and validate the requirements related to quality and control in Dextra offers.Provide quality documents such as generic test reports or inspection and test plans for the submission files.Identify material, product and process key points to inspect in relation with other departments.Use statistical approach to determine level of inspection (ISO2859)Plan inspection: inspectors’ allocation, inspection location, schedule, tools, methodsIssue inspection Work Instruction and Test PlansApply and follow up inspection planIssue NCRs and maintain statisticsManage Non Conformities to minimize risks and impact on Quality , Cost and Delay for companyIssue accurate reports and certificate of compliance.Solve the potential quality issues encountered by the customers.Support the technical resolution of problems thanks to statistical and technical reports.Ensure compliance with product certification and customer requirementsManage measuring tools, including maintenance and calibration.Continuous improvementGather and analyze quality control data in order to evaluate system/process effectivenessPropose actions, tools, systems, procedures and animate small group activities (quality circles) for avoiding repeating non conformities and improving quality KPIsPropose/review/adjust QC Work Instructions, procedures and Production Quality ManualReview, optimize and maintain quality parameters set-up in ERPSafety, training and intellectual propertyMonitor and follow-up safety of work to ensure compliance with company safety policy.Train the quality control personnel and ensure they are qualified to perform the planned quality control activities.Be the leader for intellectual property matters.Nuclear SafetyEnsure that nuclear safety is taken into account in decision making and actions, and that it always takes precedence over any other consideration.Use a balanced, rigorous, and prudent approach to decision making with respect to quality, cost, and schedule such that nuclear safety is never compromised.Ensure that involved personnel understand not only their own responsibilities and the consequences of mistakes, but also those of their immediate colleagues and how these responsibilities complement each other.Ensure that key operational and technical positions are filled by competent and knowledgeable persons, and that they are empowered to speak openly.Adopt and encourage a questioning attitude, particularly when choices, or lack thereof, are presented.Challenge unsafe decisions, acts, behaviors, and conditions.Take prompt conservative and preventive actions when an incident that could affect nuclear safety is reported, even if not yet fully understood or documented. * Communicate transparently to the Board of Directors any issue which might compromise nuclear safety, including any human, technical or organizational issue.Educational Background: Diploma Mechanical Engineering or BE/B. Tech in MechanicalWork Experience: 3 to 5 years in Quality Management System and quality control. Knowledge in ISO 9001:2015
