Serving as a key conduit between Key Account Managers (KAM) and Service Delivery teams, you will oversee all contract and operational fulfilments towards our customers. This multifaceted role allows for engagement throughout the full life cycle of the commercial process, ensuring performance levels are met or exceeded. As an integral component of the Core-3 engagement team, you’re the Contract Fulfilment Responsible (CFR), elevating the customer experience to new heights.
