We’re looking for an Ambassador Partnerships Manager to take ZOE even further.

What’s the role?

Thanks to our rapid growth, we have an amazing opportunity for an experienced Ambassador Partnerships Manager to join our team at ZOE. Reporting to our Senior Brand Manager, you will be responsible for planning and implementing our influencer and celebrity ambassador strategy. You’ll take the lead on developing our pipeline of celebrity ambassadors and tiered influencers to help tell the ZOE story. In partnership with the brand team and wider marketing team you’ll be responsible for activating our ambassadors across our channel mix and driving best in class creative and activities.

We’ll be counting on you to:

  • Work closely with our organic social and PR teams you’ll identify, onboard and manage relationships with celebrities and influencers relevant to the health and nutrition industry and our core audience.
  • Plan, execute and monitor influencer marketing campaigns to ensure alignment with our brand values and marketing objectives.
  • Work closely with influencers to develop engaging and authentic content that resonates with our target audience.
  • Track and analyse the effectiveness of influencer partnerships using key metrics to measure ROI and inform future strategies.
  • Ensure all influencer content aligns with our brand voice, mission and compliance standards.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for influencer collaboration.
  • Oversee the influencer marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources for maximum impact.
  • Work closely with our partnerships director to effectively negotiate the best agreements and adopt an experimental model to continually set a high bar for influencer deliverables.

We’ll be counting on you to:

  • You are customer obsessed and will put our members at the heart of everything we do
  • You have strong creative judgement based on a deep understanding of our audience, our brand and our science philosophy
  • You have experience in a high growth scale up and thrive in this environment. You feel comfortable making decisions to act fast, pivot fast and drive the changing needs of a high growth start up company.
  • You have experience with complex products and a strong understanding of the health, nutrition and wellness industry and a network you can tap into
  • You’re a self starter and have strong commercial judgement to accurately determine the best opportunities for partnership and collaboration.
  • Experience with digital media channels, including social media, email marketing, and advertising platforms
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful influencer campaigns and partnerships
  • You’re a natural team player. A great collaborator who people enjoy working with and a demonstrated ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Are passionate about our mission to improve the health of millions, and feel strongly about personalised nutrition and gut health
